Ops Automators n8n sample workflows https://www.opsautomators.com/blog/n8n-workflow-templates Verified September 7, 2026: all three JSON files imported and executed through their Manual Trigger sample path in n8n 2.37.10 (CLI, clean local SQLite state). The files contain synthetic data and no credentials or external write actions. Import one JSON file in a test instance. Run the "Run sample" path and inspect the final node output. Expected results: error-alert-formatter.json - Workflow: Invoice validation demo. Node: Validate invoice. Execution: demo-104. - Does not send a notification. Raw error messages and stacks are omitted. - For automatic failure handling, select this workflow as another workflow's error workflow and configure a notification destination. Manual executions do not test Error Trigger delivery. pipeline-digest.json - Three records in a fixed UTC sample window. - One won USD record: 250000 minor units. - One proposal USD record: 175000 minor units. - One proposal EUR record: 90000 minor units. - Latest in-window snapshot per ID. No historical stage conversion calculation. - Change the sample date window when connecting live data. Currencies stay separate. invoice-review-gate.json - D-104: ready_for_review, USD 250000 minor units. - D-105: needs_review because lines do not match the approved total; no draft output. - USD-only, no tax calculation, invoice creation, or payment operation. - A sourceKey is a proposed key, not persistent retry protection. Production integrations must enforce durable idempotency and finance-approved rules. Ten logic tests cover the graph, error payloads, URL schemes, time-window bounds, duplicate IDs, currency grouping, invalid amounts, approval gates, and duplicate invoice versions. Actual CRM, billing, email, and Slack integrations are untested.
