Training that makes your team actually use the system.

A great implementation that nobody uses is a $50k expense. We design training programs that take your team from "clicking through the demo" to "extending the system themselves" — in weeks, not quarters.

$3,500 – $20,0002–4 weeks typical

The problem we solve

Most software training is a one-hour demo followed by silence.

Training as an afterthought is the #1 reason CRM and ops implementations fail to deliver ROI. The script is depressingly consistent:

The vendor's training was generic

A 60-minute Zoom walking through features that don't apply to your business. Nobody asked your team's actual workflow. Nobody answered the real question: "how do I do my job in this thing?"

Your team forgets within a week

Without practice and reinforcement, 70% of what people learn in a single session is gone in 7 days. The system gets used the same way the old one did, just slower.

Power users never emerge

Every team needs 2–3 power users who can train new hires, troubleshoot, and propose improvements. Without targeted training, those people never develop, and your IT team gets every question forever.

What we deliver

Training programs designed for real adoption.

We tailor every program to your platform, your team, and your actual workflows. No canned curriculum.

Role-based live sessions

Separate tracks for end users, power users, and admins. Each role learns what they need — not what the vendor thinks everyone should know. Live virtual or on-site.

OutcomeCommon split: 2hr end-user × 2 sessions, 4hr power-user × 1 session, 8hr admin × 1 session

Hands-on lab exercises

Every session pairs concepts with sandbox exercises drawn from your real workflows. People learn by doing — not by watching a screenshare.

Custom documentation

Step-by-step guides for your most common workflows, screenshot annotations, video walkthroughs, and quick-reference cards. Stored in your wiki, owned by your team.

Recorded sessions + searchable library

Every live session is recorded, indexed, and embedded in your wiki. New hires can self-onboard. Existing users can refresh on demand. The training scales beyond launch week.

30-day reinforcement

Weekly office hours, async Slack/Teams support, and a usage audit at day 30 to spot adoption gaps and run targeted refreshers where needed.

Train-the-trainer programs

For organizations rolling out across many teams, we train your internal trainers + L&D so the rollout scales without us. Includes facilitator guides and slide decks you own.

Real example

Salesforce + Stripe training for a 40-person sales + finance team.

The setup

Mid-market consultancy completing a Salesforce + Stripe integration rollout. Sales team had been in a custom CRM for 4 years. Finance team had never used Salesforce. Goal: 100% active use within 30 days of go-live.

What we did

  1. 1Pre-launch: 90-minute admin training for 2 internal champions
  2. 2Launch week: 2 × 2-hour live virtual sessions for the 40-person team
  3. 3Launch week + 1: Sandbox lab time with recorded screen-shares of common workflows
  4. 4Launch week + 2: Office hours, async Slack channel for questions
  5. 5Launch + 30 days: Usage audit, targeted refresher session for finance

How we deliver

Needs assessment to reinforcement.

Custom curriculum built around your platform + your team's actual workflows. Live + recorded delivery, hands-on labs, 30 days of post-training office hours. Adoption is the goal, not the demo.

01

Needs assessment

Audit your team roles, current skill level, and the workflows they actually need to do. We build the curriculum around them — not the other way around.

02

Curriculum + materials

Custom slide decks, lab exercises, screen-shares, and quick-reference docs — built specifically for your platform configuration and workflows.

03

Deliver + reinforce (30 days)

Live sessions, recorded library, async Slack/Teams support, and a 30-day usage audit. We don't leave until adoption is real, not theoretical.

Questions

Common questions.

Can you deliver training on platforms we already use?
Yes. About 40% of our training engagements are for platforms we didn't implement — typically a team that bought the system, never got formal training, and is now under-utilizing it. We assess the current config, identify the gaps, and design the curriculum.
On-site vs. remote training — which is better?
Depends on your team. Distributed teams: live virtual + recordings beats expensive flights. Co-located teams of 20+: on-site workshops outperform Zoom because the hallway conversations matter. Hybrid programs combine both. Most of our work is virtual.
Do you train on automation platforms too, or just CRMs?
Both. We deliver n8n, Zapier, and Make training for technical teams who want to extend their own workflows. We also deliver end-user training for the workflows we ship — so your team understands what's running and what to do when something breaks.
What if our team is brand new to ops/automation work?
We adapt. We've delivered training to teams of 0–10 years of ops experience. Our curriculum scales — we start at the level your team's at, not where we wish they were.
