Software implementations done right the first time.
70% of CRM implementations fail because of adoption — not technology. We don't just configure the platform. We migrate the data, integrate it with your stack, train your team, and stay long enough to know it actually stuck.
The problem we solve
You bought the software. Now it's eating your operations team alive.
Software implementations fail predictably. We've seen every flavor:
The platform doesn't fit how you actually work
Out-of-the-box Salesforce, HubSpot, or n8n assumes a business that doesn't exist. Your sales process is custom. Your billing is custom. Your handoffs are custom. The default config breaks on contact with reality.
Data migration is a black hole
You have 8 years of records in the old system. 40% of them are duplicates, partial, or wrong. Nobody wants to clean them. Nobody wants to migrate them. The project sits.
Nobody uses it after go-live
You spent $80k on a platform and a year on the rollout. Six months later, your reps are still living in spreadsheets and the new system shows 12 active users instead of 50.
What we deliver
End-to-end ownership from purchase to full adoption.
Implementation isn't a deliverable — it's a sequence. We own every step and stay until your team actually uses what we built.
Platform configuration
Custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, automations, permission sets, dashboards — built to match how your team actually operates, not how the vendor's demo deck looks.
OutcomeCommon: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Monday.com
Data migration with validation
Bulk import + de-duplication + field mapping + rollback plan. We migrate from legacy CRMs, spreadsheets, or homegrown systems, with a written QA pass before go-live.
OutcomeUp to 500k records in a typical 2-week migration window
Integration with your stack
New platform connected to your existing billing, project management, comms, and BI tools on day one. No isolated systems, no "we'll integrate it later."
Sandbox + UAT + go-live
Your team tests in a sandbox before anything goes live. We run UAT with key stakeholders, document gaps, fix them, then cut over with a written go-live plan.
Training + adoption support
Recorded sessions, live workshops, custom documentation, and 30 days of post-launch tuning. We make sure your team can extend the implementation themselves once we're gone.
Documentation you'll actually keep
Configuration docs, runbooks, decision logs, training guides. Stored in your wiki, indexed, and maintained — not a 200-slide PDF that goes stale in 90 days.
Real example
Salesforce + Stripe rollout for a 60-person consulting firm — 5 weeks to 100% adoption.
The setup
Firm migrating from a homegrown CRM + manual Stripe invoicing. 8 years of data in Postgres. 14 active sales + delivery users. Goal: full Salesforce rollout with Stripe billing integration, in time for Q-end.
What we did
- 1Week 1: Discovery interviews, requirements doc, sandbox setup
- 2Week 2: Salesforce object model + page layouts + validation rules
- 3Week 3: Postgres → Salesforce data migration (28k accounts, 64k opportunities)
- 4Week 4: Stripe integration + UAT with finance + sales leads
- 5Week 5: Live workshops, recorded training, go-live + first-week support
Outcome
- Time to go-live
- 5 weeks
- Records migrated
- 92k
- Active-user adoption
- 100%
- Annual hours saved
- 1,250+
How we deliver
From SOW to full adoption.
End-to-end ownership from kickoff to active use. Discovery → configuration → migration → testing → training → go-live. We stay 30 days post-launch to fix the friction we find in week one.
Discovery + design (week 1)
Stakeholder interviews, requirements doc, object model, data dictionary. We design the platform on paper before we touch the keyboard.
Build + migrate (weeks 2–4)
Configuration, data migration with validation, integration with adjacent systems. Sandbox first, never production-first.
UAT + train + go-live (week 5)
Key stakeholders test. We fix gaps. Team trains. We cut over with eyes wide open. First 30 days of post-go-live tuning included.
Tools we work in
We build inside your stack — not on top of it.

4–12 weeks typical
Full Salesforce or HubSpot implementations land $20k–$40k. Smaller platforms (Pipedrive, Monday) often $10k–$15k. Migration scope drives variance.

Questions
Common questions.
- What platforms do you implement?
- CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive), automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make), project management (Jira, Asana, Monday, ClickUp), billing (Stripe), BI (Tableau, Looker, Metabase), and custom business applications. If you've bought it, we've probably implemented it.
- Do you handle the data cleanup before migration?
- Sometimes, depending on scope. For small/medium datasets, we'll do de-dup and field normalization as part of the migration. For larger datasets (>250k records) with significant quality issues, we usually quote a separate data cleanup phase before migration.
- How do you guarantee adoption?
- We don't sign SLAs around adoption — anyone who promises that is lying. What we do: invite your team to design from week 1, train at multiple levels (admin, power user, end user), record everything, document everything, and stick around for 30 days post-launch to fix the friction we find in week 1.
- Can you implement a platform you've never worked with?
- If it's a category we know (CRM, PM, billing, automation), yes. The patterns are the same across vendors — what changes is the syntax. We've successfully implemented platforms we'd never touched before by leaning on the underlying principles.
