Ops Automators LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Orlando, FL, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard personal information when you visit opsautomators.com or engage us for services.
By using the site or our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details — name, email, company name, phone number (when you submit the contact form, request the playbook, book a Calendly call, or correspond with us)
- Engagement information — your stack, workflows, and goals shared during discovery calls or in scoping notes
- Payment details — collected by Stripe directly, not stored on our servers; we receive only confirmation, the last four digits, and metadata from Stripe
- Marketing preferences — opt-in/out for newsletter and product updates
Information collected automatically
- Device + connection data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen size, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page
- Approximate geographic location — city/region level only, inferred from IP
- Behavioral analytics — anonymous session recordings (Microsoft Clarity), event-level interaction data (Google Tag Manager / GA4)
- Cart state— items you add to the catalogue cart are stored in your browser’s localStorage so they persist across sessions
2. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how it’s used, and improve it over time. Where required by law, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies via our cookie banner.

You can opt out of analytics and marketing cookies via our cookie banner (look for “Cookie preferences” in the footer or re-trigger the banner). You can also clear cookies via your browser settings, but doing so may disable scheduling or cart functions.

Legal basis (GDPR).We rely on (a) contractual necessity to deliver services you’ve engaged us for, (b) legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, (c) consent for non-essential cookies and marketing emails, and (d) legal obligation for tax, accounting, and compliance records.
4. Subprocessors and third-party services
We share personal information with the following service providers who help us operate the site and our business. Each is contractually bound to use the data only as needed to perform services for us.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with the providers above, when required by law, or with your explicit consent.
5. International transfers
Our services are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms with subprocessors to safeguard cross-border transfers.
6. Data retention
- Contact form + playbook submissions: retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested
- Active-client engagement records: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (business / tax records)
- Payment records:retained per Stripe’s policies and applicable financial regulations
- Analytics data: retained 14 months in GA4 (the default); Clarity recordings retained 30 days
- Marketing email opt-out: retained indefinitely on suppression list to honor your preference
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, restricted access to personal data, secret-management for credentials, rate limiting on public APIs, and routine review of security headers and dependencies. No system is 100% secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to info@opsautomators.com (see our security.txt).
8. Your rights
All users
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccuracies
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out of non-essential cookies
EU / EEA / UK residents (GDPR)
In addition to the above, you have the rights to data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, restriction of processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate information; to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other state laws
Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@opsautomators.com.
How to exercise your rights
Email info@opsautomators.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request”. We will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and respond substantively within 30 days (or 45 days for complex requests, with notice).
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information for users in jurisdictions where required. We do not currently respond to browser-level Do Not Track headers, as no consensus standard exists for them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the site and, where we have your contact, via email. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
