Consulting that turns ops chaos into a prioritized roadmap.

You know your team has automation opportunities. You just don't know which ones are worth doing first, how long they'll take, or what they'll cost. We bring the structure, the experience, and the PMP-certified discipline to figure that out — fast.

$5,000 – $25,0001–4 weeks typical

The problem we solve

Most ops teams know what's broken — but not which thing to fix first.

Strategy without prioritization is a wish list. We turn yours into a delivery plan.

"We know automation could help — we just don't know where to start."

Every ops leader has a list of 20 things they'd automate if they had time. Nobody has time to figure out which of those 20 is worth doing first.

Projects spin out of control

You bought the platform, hired the consultant, kicked off the project. Six months later: scope creep, missed deadlines, and a team that doesn't use the new system.

AI is everywhere, but where does it fit?

The board is asking. Vendors are pitching. Your team is testing. But you don't have a coherent answer for what AI actually does in your operation that's worth the investment.

What we deliver

Three engagement types. All start with a written scope.

Consulting is the engagement where we do the thinking, not the building. After the engagement, you have a plan you can execute with us, in-house, or with anyone else.

Operations audit + roadmap

Two-week engagement. We interview your team, map current workflows, and deliver a prioritized roadmap of automation opportunities — each ranked by estimated ROI, build effort, and payback period.

OutcomeTypical deliverable: 12–20 ranked opportunities with $/hr saved

Project management leadership

Embedded PMP-certified PM for a defined engagement. We set up your PM tooling (Jira / Asana / Monday), establish ceremonies, coach your team, and lead the program through go-live.

OutcomeBest for: cross-functional ops projects, system rollouts

AI opportunity assessment

Where AI fits — and where it doesn't. We audit your team's repetitive document work, evaluate vendor offerings vs. custom builds, and produce a concrete plan with use cases, build estimates, and ROI projections.

OutcomeCommon output: 3–5 AI pilots ranked by impact

Tech stack rationalization

If you're paying for 80 SaaS tools and using 12, we help you cut. Audit subscriptions, identify overlap, recommend consolidation. Often pays for itself in 30 days.

RevOps strategy

Lead lifecycle definition, scoring models, attribution architecture, sales/marketing handoff process — the operational layer that makes your CRM actually useful.

Real example

60-person consulting firm — from "automate everything" to a ranked 12-step plan.

The setup

Operations lead at a fast-growing consultancy reached out: "We need to automate. Everyone has ideas. Nobody can agree on what to start with." Two-week consulting engagement.

What we did

  1. 1Interviewed 14 stakeholders across sales, ops, finance, and delivery
  2. 2Mapped 23 current workflows with time-tracking estimates
  3. 3Identified 18 automation opportunities + 5 process improvements
  4. 4Ranked all 23 by ROI, effort, and dependency
  5. 5Delivered a written roadmap + 30-day kickoff plan
  6. 6Built the top 3 (quote-to-cash, onboarding, error monitoring) over the next 8 weeks

How we deliver

Engage, analyze, hand off.

Pure strategy work — not implementation. We diagnose, prioritize, and write the plan. You leave with a roadmap you can execute with us, in-house, or with any other vendor.

01

Diagnostic (week 1)

Stakeholder interviews, workflow shadowing, system audits. We figure out where you actually are — not where you think you are.

02

Roadmap (week 2)

Ranked list of opportunities with build estimates, payback periods, and dependencies. Written, defensible, and ready for board-level review.

03

Hand-off or build

You take the roadmap and run it internally, or we keep going and build the first 3 priorities. Your call.

Tools we work in

We build inside your stack — not on top of it.

Questions

Common questions.

Will you also build what you recommend?
Yes, but you're not obligated. About 70% of our consulting clients continue into a build engagement. The other 30% take the roadmap and execute internally — we'll happily review their work or answer questions along the way.
How do you measure ROI on a roadmap?
Time-tracking + cost-per-hour. We estimate the human hours each current workflow consumes, then estimate the hours an automated version would consume. The delta × fully-loaded hourly rate × 52 = annual savings. We're conservative — typical estimates land within 15% of reality.
Is this the same as a Big 4 consulting engagement?
No. Big 4 consultants typically charge $50k+ per week, deliver a 60-slide PowerPoint, and disappear. We charge a fraction of that, deliver a working roadmap, and can execute the build ourselves. The trade-off: we don't have a logo wall of Fortune 500s. Most of our clients prefer that.
Can you work with our existing automation team?
Yes. About a third of our consulting engagements are pure strategy work for in-house teams that build everything themselves. We provide the roadmap, prioritization, and external perspective. They execute.
