- Do you work with n8n Cloud or self-hosted?
- Both. n8n Cloud is the right call for teams that don't want infrastructure; self-hosted wins on cost at volume and is the only option for HIPAA and strict-compliance environments. We'll recommend one honestly based on your volume and constraints — the math is in our self-hosting guide.
- Can you migrate our Zapier or Make workflows to n8n?
- Yes — it's one of our most common engagements. Workflow logic ports cleanly; connectors and error handling get rebuilt properly rather than copied. We migrate workflow by workflow with both platforms running in parallel, so there's no big-bang cutover risk.
- Who owns the workflows and the instance?
- You do, unconditionally. The n8n instance runs in your infrastructure or your cloud account, credentials live in your secrets store, and every workflow is documented. If we part ways, everything keeps running.
- Can you make n8n HIPAA or SOC 2 friendly?
