Catalogue
The B2B automation catalogue.
259 pre-scoped automations across 28 business functions, each with an estimated range worked out from our $150/hour build rate. Browse alphabetically, filter by category, or search to find the play that fits your ops pain.
How the tiers work
Hours × our $150/hour rate, nothing else.
- Starter$900–$1,800
- 6–12 hrs · 1–2 weeks
- Workflow$2,400–$6,000
- 16–40 hrs · 2–4 weeks
- Orchestration$6,000–$13,500
- 40–90 hrs · 4–8 weeks
- Platform$15,000–$30,000
- 100–200 hrs · 8–12 weeks
Everything here is packaged and fixed-scope from $900, and a single item can be bought on its own: our $2,500 minimum applies to custom engagements we scope from scratch, not to this catalogue. Orchestration and Platform builds are scoped on a call before any payment, because too much of the price depends on what we find in your systems.

How it works
What's behind these estimates.
This is a catalogue of automation patterns: the sales ops, finance, HR, IT, and RevOps workflows B2B teams ask us for, built across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, n8n, Jira, and Slack. Some we've shipped many times over; others are scoped and ready to build. The price next to each one is a starting estimate from our $150/hour build rate and the scope we typically see, not a teaser number that doubles once we're on a call. Where an off-the-shelf tool already does the job well, we'll tell you that on the call rather than sell you a build.
Timelines follow the tiers above, from a fortnight for a Starter play to a quarter for a Platform build. The bigger orchestrations, like the quote-to-cash chain that takes invoicing from 11 days to 38 hours combine several catalogue entries into one workflow. If you're not sure where to start, the ROI calculator ranks automations by payback for your team size, or browse use cases by industry.
Questions
Before you book.
- Are these fixed prices or estimates?
- Estimates, shown as a range. Each range is the tier's hour band multiplied by our published $150/hour rate: nothing else is baked in. The final fixed-fee quote is set after a 30-minute scoping call, once we've confirmed the exact systems, edge cases, and data volumes involved. If what we find makes it cheaper, the quote is cheaper.
- Can I buy an automation directly without a scoping call?
- For Starter and Workflow items, yes: the cart takes a 25% deposit (calculated from the low end of the range) to reserve a build slot. It's refundable until we start building and credited against your invoice. Orchestration and Platform work doesn't work that way. Too much of the price depends on what we find in your systems, so those go through a scoping call before any payment.
- Is there a minimum project size?
- Not for the catalogue. Every item there is packaged and fixed-scope, starts at $900, and can be bought on its own. Our $2,500 minimum applies to custom engagements we scope from scratch, where the contracting, discovery, and handover overhead is real regardless of how small the build turns out to be. Orchestration and Platform items are the one catalogue exception: those are scoped on a call before any payment.
- What platforms do you build on?
- We build on n8n (cloud or self-hosted), Make, Zapier, and native scripts inside Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Airtable, and Notion. If you already run an automation platform, we build inside it. If not, we'll recommend the best fit based on cost, complexity, and your team's technical comfort.
- How long until an automation goes live?
- It tracks the tier: Starter 1–2 weeks, Workflow 2–4 weeks, Orchestration 4–8 weeks, Platform 8–12 weeks. Integration complexity, testing requirements, and data migration scope move it within those bands, and you get a written timeline at the start of every engagement.
- What happens if the automation needs changes later?
- Every build includes 30 days of post-launch tuning. After that, you can either run it in-house using the documentation we provide, or sign up for an ongoing maintenance retainer. You own all the code and workflows either way.
- Don't see what you need?
- The catalogue covers 259 automation patterns drawn from ops and RevOps work across sales, finance, HR, IT, and support, but it isn't exhaustive. If you have a custom need, request a call and we'll scope it from scratch; most custom builds land in the same 2–6 week window.
